The classic from Pelikan is sovereign. The production of the Souverän coat is subject to a complex process, because according to a recipe specially developed for Pelikan, a striped piece of material is made from cotton material in many steps, which is bent and then ground to the contour with a diamond. The gold-plated rings on the upper and lower parts are fitted with the utmost precision before the writing implement is polished to a high gloss. The slightly springy, typical Pelikan beak clip gives this high-quality writing instrument its unmistakable design. The Souverän D600 propelling pencil is fitted with a 0.7mm high-polymer lead.
